Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or refund.
Please before placing your order, be aware:
- Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE both ways.
- Personalized products CANNOT be returned nor exchanged. Be sure to confirm the device and/or design BEFORE confirming your order.

Replacement products CANNOT be returned for a refund.
- Return shipping costs WILL NOT be covered.
We CANNOT offer you a return in the following situations:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Refunds for unexpected longer shipping times
In order to return the product to us, you must Contact Us with your proof of purchase from our website and two (2) photos of the product you wish to return. We will reply back with further instructions.
The product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect resellable condition.
We strongly recommend choosing a mailing service with a tracking option for the return package. If the package does not reach us safely, we are unable to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during this return transit. For all international returns, we are not responsible for paying any customs fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you and offer you the option of either a refund or an exchange.
In the case of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment only, be it PayPal, credit card, or any other payment method you have used to make your purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Unexpected Longer Shipping Times
We don't offer refunds for products that are still in transit, which means your product has already shipped and it's awaiting delivery. Shipping times can be found on the product's description and on our Shipping Policy page as well.
If several days have passed after the expected delivery time, please send us an email at info@thesheltercase.com and we'll analyze your case.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
